Summary

This project involved the complete conversion and refurbishment of the Grade II Listed building from existing residential accommodation to provide teaching and ancillary facilities.

The new facilities provide much needed additional space for the prep school with bright and modern classrooms, corridors and wc's etc. Externally the brickwork was repaired and cleaned together with repairs to the windows and wrought iron railings etc.
