This project saw the complete strip out and refurbishment of this grade 2 listed residence in the heart of Chelsea. Once a single home the building was sympathetically split into five apartments.
The apartments were all unique, the ground floor having access to the garden, the basement having two bedrooms and the first floor having a front balcony. All five have their own heating and ventilation systems as well as new engineered flooring, bespoke kitchens with marble surfaces and bathrooms.
The properties are owned by Cadogen estates. All works were completed to their very exacting standards.
