Summary

Hawkridge House provides accommodation for 242 students in flats of two, three and six centered around a central common room, computer cluster room, and a launderette. The building is situated in an area surrounded by other residential accommodation and local businesses.

Our work involved the refurbishment of 20 flats on the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th floors within a 6-week programme during the summer recess.  We were required to complete and handover the works prior to the students returning for term time in September which was achieved on time and within budget.
