Summary

This project was a fast track refurbishment of the EEE Laboratories at the University of Surrey. The spaces included the replacement of fire doors to match the Radiation Labs in Oak, replacement of the flooring, lighting, new ceilings, and new vibrant painting scheme.

Works were further squeezed by the discovery of asbestos in one of the walls and in the floor bitumen. The project provides a much needed refresh to very well used spaces.
