Russell Cawberry were asked to construct a new three storey day house on the perimeter road at Ardingly College. The site was cleared of previous temporary buildings and a retaining wall installed to the front of the site; as the site is sloping away to the rear of the building. The construction is a steel frame with an intricate brick pattern.
The building has the following sustainable features:
- Photo Voltaic cells on the roof
- Heat - airsource heat pumps
- Rainwater harvesting
